    I don't know why

    I don't know why 
    I don't know how
    I don't know where I am right now,
     
    I just know I am really really upset now, things couldn't be worse than ever before,
    Would it be the truth I have to face up to?
    I don't know......
     
    I had been told:" Use your abilities at this time to stay focused on your goal. You will succeed."
    But obviously, Focus is not enough, or it is not a matter of focus,
    What else I can do ?
